Squidget loves the cows, so much so that she points and moos at them through the patio door when she sees them in the field.
They do not return her affection.
A poor, unsuspecting calf was sunning himself when he saw us approaching along the fence. So he got up and walked away.
Then, he turned around and realized we were closer than he thought. A staredown ensued.
Squidget broke it and took off after him. It took him a few seconds to realize that she wasn’t stopping.
It didn’t take him long to take flight.
